Transaction not appearing

  • Wait a few minutes — Solana can sometimes be congested
  • Refresh the page to see updated status
  • Check your wallet for the transaction signature
  • Contact support with your wallet address if it's been over 10 minutes

GOLD not received after winning

  • Check the transaction status on the Redeem page
  • GOLD transfers happen after burn verification and VRF fulfillment (usually within 1-2 minutes)
  • If status shows COMPLETED, check your wallet's token list
  • You may need to add the ORO GOLD token to your wallet to see the balance

Daily limit reached

  • Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC
  • The error message will show the exact reset time
  • Wait for the reset and try again
