Wallet won't connect

Transaction not appearing
- Wait a few minutes — Solana can sometimes be congested
- Refresh the page to see updated status
- Check your wallet for the transaction signature
- Contact support with your wallet address if it's been over 10 minutes
GOLD not received after winning
- Check the transaction status on the Redeem page
- GOLD transfers happen after burn verification and VRF fulfillment (usually within 1-2 minutes)
- If status shows COMPLETED, check your wallet's token list
- You may need to add the ORO GOLD token to your wallet to see the balance
Daily limit reached
- Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC
- The error message will show the exact reset time
- Wait for the reset and try again
